The first records were kept here.Every age has its tablets.

Four products, each designed in Baghdad for a need we know first-hand: an institution’s archive, a contractor’s accounts, a school’s daily work, a family’s bonds.

Archiving · Windows

Docxkeeper

An institution’s memory, kept in order.

Docxkeeper organises an institution’s documents from the first scan to the official archive: incoming and outgoing correspondence, review before approval, links between related documents, and clear permissions for every department. It works locally, synchronises across devices when connected, and protects its files with encryption.

Construction accounting · Android

Daftarak

The contractor’s ledger, carried to the site.

Daftarak keeps a contractor’s projects in order: financial transactions, contracts and parties, materials and supplies, and reports ready to export as PDF. It records everything on the phone first, so work continues where the network does not reach, with optional cloud sync and roles for teams.

School management · Web and mobile

Sina Gate is a complete school management system: curriculum planning for every grade, attendance, exams, tests and marks, notifications to parents, and fees and accounts — on the web and on mobile, in several languages.

Family organisation · Android · Arabic

Mangol

A family’s bonds, kept together.

Mangol helps an extended family organise itself: its lineage, the requests of its households, its announcements, and an optional solidarity fund that records contributions and expenses. The app keeps the record; it never handles money.
