The website remo.com.iq is operated by REMO — شركة ريمو للمقاولات العامة والتجارة العامة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات المحدودة — registered in Baghdad, Iraq, with offices in Al-Mansour, Baghdad. Contact: info@remo.com.iq.

2What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, your company or institution, your country, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you provide it, your preferred reply language, and your message. We use them for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.

When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you send through those services, which have their own privacy policies.

3What we do not collect

This website sets no cookies. It shows no advertising and does not track you across other websites. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.

4How the information is handled

Messages sent through the form are delivered by email to info@remo.com.iq. They are not stored on the website or in any database.

To protect the form from automated abuse, each submission is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile.

To understand how the website is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without building a profile of any visitor.

5Service providers

The website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, and our email is provided by a third-party mail service. These providers process information on our behalf only to deliver their services. Cloudflare operates a global network, so information may be processed outside Iraq.

6How long we keep it

Correspondence received through the form or by email is kept for one year from the last message exchanged, then deleted, unless it becomes part of a written agreement with us.

7Your requests

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@remo.com.iq. We reply within 30 days.

8Other websites

This website links to the websites of our products and of other organisations. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies when you visit it.

9Children

This website is intended for companies and institutions. It is not directed at children.

10Changes

We may update this notice. The date below shows when the current version took effect.
